Redefining digital experience for a thriving project management firm.
Businesses grow. Needs change.
Hereva consultants is a growing owner’s project management firm based in Cambridge’s Kendall Square, a hotbed for innovation. They’ve made a name for themselves by partnering on construction projects with visionary clients such as Alnylam, Sanofi Genzyme and Vertex Pharmaceuticals just to name a few.
FCD has worked with Hereva since their inception in 2015, and was recently tasked with creating an entirely new website from the ground up. Over the last five years Hereva has grown extensively and their original website no longer met the needs of the company to promote their growing portfolio and industry experience.
A modern and sophisticated design aesthetic.
FCD worked closely with the client to design a content outline and information architecture that highlighted their team, and encouraged exploration of their work. Utilizing Hereva’s brand guidelines, FCD developed a refreshing and modern take, integrating existing design elements and themes, while creating an airy, clean, and readable global style.
Hereva’s site was built with modern development standards and the latest and greatest tools. Highly optimized and fully responsive, the site looks and performs well on any device. Under the hood, a highly customized version of WordPress drives content management and a REST API used throughout the site.
Reaching a targeted market, increasing engagement.
Since the launch of the refreshed Hereva site, metrics have been on an upward trajectory. The original site had navigational inadequacies, high bounce rate, and low session times, all of which have been alleviated. With an updated design aesthetic and powerful editing capabilities, Hereva now has plenty of room to grow as a company with fewer limitations in their website. The information architecture was designed to be thoughtful of long term expansion of content while balancing the amount available today.
Utilizing cutting edge technology and built with modular design, the site is easier to maintain and update, lowering long term cost of ownership and promotes intermediate design updates.
